Please remember that every athlete MUST have a MHSAA physical form dated April 15, 2024 or later, signed by physician, to participate in the upcoming 2024-25 school year.

You can come into our office to pickup the physical form; print it from our goblesathletics.com website (under files and links); or the form can also be found on the MHSAA website.

Updated physicals MUST be on file to participate in the off season summer events.
