On October 2, 2018 the Gobles JV Girls Volleyball Team played in their home gym against Watervliet. The girls came out strong the first game and won 25-20. The second match the girls fell short 19-25, which let to a third game ending with 9-15 Watervliet. Some of the highlights were: Tori Fenton had 2 kills, Michela Buxton had 3 digs, Destiny Woodard had 4 aces, Deven Thompson had 5 kills, Mckenzie Lisowski had 5 aces, Madi Brady had 4 aces, and Hailey Taylor had 1 assist. The girls are continuing to improve throughout the season, and make it fun to watch such competitive games!
