On August 29, 2018 the JV Volleyball team traveled to Decatur to play against Decatur and River Valley. The Tigers defeated both teams with ease. Some of the highlights from the matches included: Deven Thompson with 12 kills, Tori Fenton with 2 aces and a kill, Michela Buxton with 3 aces, Destiny Woodard with 9 assists, Mckenzie Lisowski with 3 kills, and Madi Brady with 7 aces. We faced River Valley to begin the night with a 25-8 win for the first match, and 25-13 win for the second match. The girls then continued their wins as they faced Decatur, 25-13 for the first match and 25-11 for the second match. The girls are improving so much as each of them continue to work hard, and push one another to continue to achieve their goals.
