On September 29, 2018, the JV Volleyball Team traveled to Bloomingdale for a Saturday tournament. We had very little numbers, but that didn’t stop the girls from playing to their fullest potential. Some of the highlights throughout the tournament were: Tori Fenton had 1 block, Michela Buxton had 6 digs, Deven Thompson had 4 blocks, Mckenzie Lisowski had 19 digs, Madi Brady had 25 aces, Karlee Henderson had 2 blocks, and Hailey Taylor had 4 assists. We ended up placing fourth out of eight teams and played the majority of the tournament with only 5 girls. I’m very proud of this team for their hard work, and not giving up.
