Galesburg Augusta traveled to Gobles on October 23, 2018 to play the Junior Varsity Volleyball Team. This was one of the most exciting games that the Tigers played all season. The girls came back from injuries stronger, and willing to work twice as hard. Some of the highlights to this thrilling game were: Grace Jacus had 2 digs, Tori Fenton had 4 kills, Michela Buxton had 2 digs, Destiny Woodard had 10 assists, Mckenzie Lisowski had 4 kills, Madi Brady had 1 block, and Hailey Taylor had 1 assist. Unfortunately, this was the last game for the season, but I can’t wait to see how much the girls improve for next year and the dedication that they continue to have.
